Meet Christy Green

Christy Green has been living more inside her imagination than the real world for as long as she can remember — and she wouldn't have it any other way. A lifelong storyteller, Christy has been spinning tales since childhood, fueled by a deep love of books that began with Ella Enchanted and was cemented forever the moment she discovered The Lord of the Rings.

She studied literature, writing, and history at Colorado State University in Fort Collins — because stories and the past have always felt like the same kind of magic to her. When she's not writing, you can find her on bookstagram, buried in a new read, or firmly committed to the sacred practice of the "little treat" (tea, coffee, books or all of the above).

Christy is a proud small business owner with her husband, a boy mom to her core, and completely devoted to her dogs, who are, without question, also her babies.

Bloom of the Broken Kingdom is her debut novel and the first book in The Oracle's War trilogy.
